Being a small business owner is hard work. One of the most difficult things for us to admit is that we can't do 'all the things'. We can try, but eventually we end up losing focus on the main parts of our business. We spread ourselves too thinly and start getting overwhelmed trying to achieve it all.
The surge in online businesses has led to a desire of having extra help be virtual too. Many of us don't have the need to hire someone full time, but we definitely could use some extra help.
